Kim Fuller, LMFTChief Operating Officer
Kim Fuller is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, psychotherapist, author, trainer, founder and CEO of Fuller Life Concepts, Inc., a mental health and wellness agency that helps women and children and families manage anxiety and depression using evidence-based models. Her vision is to be a nationally recognized mental health and wellness agency for Black families and people of color. Before starting Fuller Life Concepts, Kim provided leadership and treatment interventions at some of the largest nonprofit mental health agencies in Los Angeles County.
With more than 20 years of experience as a marriage and family therapist, Kim came to understand how successful individuals make bigger strides towards goals when they are being held accountable to themselves and others and understand the ‘why’ behind their beliefs and decisions. She is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and her experience has been working directly with clients who have complex trauma. She has provided services to Veterans and their families, severely emotionally disturbed children and adolescents, men and women who are transitioning from prison or substance abuse facilities, children who are in the foster care system and juvenile justice diversion participants.
Kim received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Fresno and her Master of Arts in Counseling from California State University, Long Beach. In her spare time Kim enjoys traveling, running and training for triathlons.
